The Job Cost Form supplies all the totals information on any specific job.
To view specific job costings you must first open the main Quotation form search or navigate to the specific enquiry number desired and
then open the job costing form from the materials labour form .

To view the job costing details you must have carried out the following:

• Entered and finalised your quotation totals in the material labour form
• Entered and finalised the Purchasing totals in the purchasing form
• Entered and finalised the labour hours in the labour form

Before opening the Job Costing form a warning message appears as shown below in Fig (1) to remind you that the above has to be made or the calculation
will fail and you will need to restart desk quote professional.
