Backup Desk Quote Professional

Navigate to the Company Form as shown in Fig (1) below to locate and navigate to the backup button.

When clicking the Back up button a windows form will appear ( see Fig (2) below ) and ask you to select the location for the backup.

It is wise to back up your data on to an alternative drive just in case the main "C" drive carrying your windows operating system crashes and fails.

Make several copies of your backup and keep in a safe place.

You can also backup directly to a USB flash disc .

Navigate to the position where you want to back up Desk Quote Professional, the Save as type drop down text box will have the file extension

MDB leave this as MDB enter in Desk Quote Professional Backup in the file name box and click the save button.

The Back up should know have been successful.

Navigate to the newly created backup and open the file just to check and ensure that all your data is visible in the tables.

You can then proceed to copy the backup to your USB flash disc and store in a safe place for future reference.
